This is why we’re here to show you four easy ways to shake things up and keep things interesting in the kitchen! Here are our top four favorite gluten-free, vegetarian combinations for stuffing medjool dates:

- Whipped Cream Cheese
- Almond Butter
- Chocolate (Dark or Milk)
- Pomegranate Seeds
- Chocolate Chips (Dark or Milk)
- Shredded Coconut
- With a sharp knife, cut vertically halfway through the medjool date (hotdog style)
- Remove pit
- Stuff medjool date with your favorite filling
- Sprinkle on the toppings
- Eat them right away or stick them in the fridge for later
Goat Cheese, Pomegranate & Honey
This delectable combination makes you feel like you’re feasting straight off a charcuterie board! The sweet date and honey contrasts with the tart goat cheese and pomegranate seeds to create the perfect balance in every bite. In order to create this, stuff the date with soft goat cheese and top with pomegranate seeds and a drizzle of honey. Delish!
Cream Cheese & Blueberries
While this may seem like an odd combination at first, it tastes just like a blueberry bagel! We prefer whipped cream cheese because it is the easiest to scoop into the date. You can also substitute the cream cheese for greek yogurt or a vegan alternative!
Almond Butter & Chocolate Chips
You can never go wrong with a classic nut butter and chocolate combination! This classic gives us all the Reeses Peanut Butter Cup feels and is perfect to have around to satisfy any sweet-tooth cravings.
Chocolate & Coconut
If you love Almond Joy candy bars, this combination is perfect for you! To make the chocolate, put chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl for 20 seconds. Remove the bowl and stir and continue to microwave for 10 second increments, stirring in between, until you have a thick consistency. Carefully spoon the chocolate into the date and sprinkle the coconut shreds on top. We recommend dark chocolate but if you have a super sweet tooth, milk chocolate is the way to go!
