Here at Coachella’s Best Dates, we're all about bringing you the best darn dates! Our dedicated Farmers and Quality Control Team carefully harvests, packs, and inspects each product with love and attention to detail. However, we understand that sometimes things might not go exactly as planned.. For questions or concerns about your order please contact info@coachellasbestdates.com. We're here to help!
For prompt assistance or to submit a claim:
- Contact us before your order ships or within 48 hours of receiving it. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for review.
- Include your contact info, order number, and images of the product if there's an issue.
Our team will jump on it right away! If everything checks out, we'll offer options like a replacement, store credit, or exchange for something else. You can expect to hear back from us within 1-3 business days.
Please note that we can't approve claims based solely on personal expectations, since our date fruits are all-natural and can vary from season to season. Shipping fees are nonrefundable after a product has shipped.
RETURN POLICY
To uphold stringent food safety standards, we can only take back unopened products. If you notice any issues and would like to submit a claim, let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to get a return code and double-check with our team so we can handle everything smoothly. Opened or used products will receive a partial refund.
If your order is returned to us by the carrier and marked as undeliverable, we will issue a refund for the product.
Please note that shipping fees are nonrefundable after the product has shipped.
REFUND POLICY
If you decide to cancel your order before it ships, no worries, you're eligible for a refund. However, if your order has already been sent out and you need to file a claim, we may request that you return the product back. Once we receive the return, we'll sort you out with a refund or store credit.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS). If there's any hiccup with your delivery, reach out to us and we’ll get a claim sorted with USPS for you. You will be asked to verify that you did not receive your order through a protected link. Once verified we will make things right by offering you an online store credit, refund, or replacement.
Please note that resolving your issue might require waiting for USPS to review the claim.
COUPON POLICY
We love sharing special deals, however, discounts promoted outside our website won't work here. We also value your loyalty, but rewards can't be combined with other discounts or coupon codes.
REWARDS POLICY
Rewards Points Redemption: As a member of Coachella’s Best Dates Rewards Program, you will receive points and rewards that can be redeemed online for products and have no cash value. You cannot give or transfer points and rewards to anyone else. The program is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at our discretion, with or without notice.
Please note that reward points expire 12 months after being posted on your account and will automatically be deducted from your points balance.
Program Agreement: Rewards points balance will be correspondingly adjusted for any returns or refunds. Rewards are non-transferable and are subject to present and future program rules. In situations involving errors or misuse of the program, we specifically reserve the right to freeze an account and stop future redemption of reward points issued to those accounts. In the case of fraud or abuse involving the Rewards Program, Coachellas’s Best Dates has the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including but not limited to revocation/cancellation of any reward and/or termination of your Rewards Program eligibility, and all points earned through the Rewards Program may be forfeited and your Rewards program account closed.
Coachella’s Best Dates reserves the right to make changes to its website or policies, and these disclaimers, terms, and conditions at any time.
