The dates are very sweet and soft. However, 11 lbs are going to be difficult to keep in the refrigerator, I may place them on the dehydrator for a few hours, otherwise they would spoil because they are not dry, they are moist.

These dates are pretty good. I knocked off a star for one bad experience-I ordered an 8 pound box instead of a 5 pound box, and almost all the dates were hard and dry. Tons of moldy ones. I had to soak them to use them in my baked goods, and definitely couldn’t snack on them. The other farm I order from is sold out until September, so I took a chance and ordered a 5 pound box, and those dates were much better. I then received a 3 pound box for loyalty points, and those dates are great! I’ll most likely keep ordering until my #1 place has stock.

The last delivery was amazing! I hope to have good ones next time. Everyone in my home loves you dates; keep good job, but the shipping is a bit expensive! Maybe when somebody order for a good amount of money, you could think about shipping free like some other farms. It can be helpful for many customers who like date like us.

We were buying an organic pitted date (same size) from our local grocery store. We were enamored by the glowing reviews the Coachella dates were getting, so we took the bait. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. We're going to to stick to our organic dates that don't have a funny aftertaste to them.
Evidently there are more people who DON'T agree with us, but that's why they make chocolate and vanilla.
