It might be the best so far! We are sharing them in small gift boxes with close-by family members. I am about ready to order another 10 pounds. Incidentally, my father owned Ripple Date Gardens for almost 40 years in what is now Indian Wells. The quality of your dates remind me of our ranch where I grew up.

These are the freshest, most-moist dates I have ever eaten....and I have been a date fan for many years. I like the fact that Cochella dates are all organic. My orders always arrive promptly. I am looking forward to trying some of the recipes provided.
Most dates were a little dry on the outer part of the date (I miss the cooking dates because they were moist and easier to mash up to form date balls with, but all of them were fresh (the white film is still attached to the seeds and makes a rasping sound when I try to pit it). One in the two pounds had an infestation but it didn't affect the other ones.
