Incredible delicious. I am experimenting to let them to brown and sweeter ( I haven’t eaten yet) to taste but I bet it will be delicious!!! When the order arrived, I tasted in the first stage of yellow dates. They were tasted with astringent tone like a bit of an apple and cane sugar.

The dates I ordered are delicious, not yet fully ripe but delicious nonetheless. Now for the best dates I’ve ever had, those came from Hofuf in Eastern Saudi Arabia, they are the best! I’ve had them from Algeria, Kuwait and Saudi, the Khalas dates are by far my favorite.

These fresh dates are gorgeous!! As you can see, half the box has been eaten before I had a chance to take a photo. Fresh, crunchy, and sweet with a touch of tannin on the initial bite. Love them. I had some of the dried Medjool dates before getting these fresh ones and I can vouch that the produce are excellent. I’m just waiting for my second box to arrive, but I’ll definitely order again next year!

Eating fresh dates is an experience you don't want to miss! Delicious, nutritious. If some ripen peel them, remove the pit, and in a pan on the stove, low flame, mash them lightly in clarified butter and you have another heavenly flavor.

I have been enjoying Mdjool Dates for a long time,
and did not know about organic Yellow Barhi Dates.
Well, I wanted to try them, so ordered 2lb..
They are beautiful hard dates and I cut one and took a seed out. It is sweet and nice taste. So I cut several and
took the seeds out and put them into my spring mix salad which makes the plate beautiful with green and yellow.
They are a new lovely addition to my diet.
