PECAN PIE DATE RICE KRISPIE TREATS šŸšŸ‚

Our friend Brooke created such a fun fall recipe using Coachella’s Best Organic Medjool Dates that we just had to share it with you all. This is a perfect dessert for your holiday guests, or just a snack while you’re running around holiday shopping!Ā 


Ingredients:Ā 


Directions:

  • Add the Medjool Dates, nuts, vanilla, cinnamon and salt to a blender and blend until a smooth paste is formed
  • Add mixture to a small saucepan and warm over low heat
  • Pour warm mixture over the rice cereal crisps and mix well
  • Add to a baking pan and spread out evenly
  • Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutesĀ 
  • Cut into squares and top with pecansĀ 
  • Bonus option: drizzle white chocolate or coconut butter over the topĀ
