Ingredients
- 1 cup of Brussels sprouts
- ½ cup of Coachella’s Best “Darn It” Cooking Dates
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- ½ cup of goat cheese
Directions
- Prepare your Brussels sprouts: Cut the ends and slice them in half
- Remove the pits from your Dates and chop them into pieces
- In a bowl, toss together the sliced Brussels sprouts with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic
- Place the Brussels sprouts in a pan and saute until golden brown and crispy
- Stir in your Dates with the Brussels sprouts and let them carmelize for 3-4 minutes
- Put your Brussels sprouts in a serving bowl and sprinkle your goat cheese on top
- Enjoy!
