- 3 Coachella’s Best “Darn It” Cooking Dates
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- ¾ cup frozen mango
- ½ cup spinach
- ½ cup of kale
- 1 tbsp of almond butter
- Remove the pits from your Dates and cut them up into pieces (Pro tip: Use kitchen scissors to cut quickly, so they blend easily)
- Add all of your ingredients into your blender
- Blend all together until smooth
- Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy!
