Coachella's Best Dates truly are the BEST dates. They're grown on an all organic family farm (there's a cute flock of sheep that eat the weeds so they don't have to use pesticides. The dates came properly packaged, no date was squished or out of place. Of course, I had to eat one right away and delighted with a moist, large fruit from the king of dates. The packaging was fantastic and highly airtight to preserve moisture and freshness. The dates are tender and possess a delicious caramel taste. I never imagined dates could taste like decadent Swiss chocolates. I ordered an 8 lb box, which has been continuously on the dining table ever since. Having bought the 2 lb box to try it out, we moved up to the 8 lb box because we're so happy with these dates, and not only because they're the best dates we've ever tasted, which they are. We switched to Coachella's Best partly because we don't appreciate the waste-producing plastic clamsells that other farms use to package their dates. No plastic waste here: the dates are well packed in a recyclable cardboard box exactly sized for the quantity ordered, with only minimal plastic used to shrinkwrap them. The Coachella Organic Medjool Dates are moist, sweet, and much larger than I anticipated they would be. Our two previous sources of Medjool Dates were having issues with either supplying dates at all or at an acceptably consistent quality. Started looking for an alternative and was fortunate enough to find Coachella in an internet search. This was my first order from Coachella's Best -- It won't be my last! This 2 lb box only lasted 3 days. I quite literally could not stop myself from eating these delicious Medjool dates. My next order will be for a 5 lb box of the Rutab Medjools.
I should also add that the service and shipping was unbelievably fast! I placed my order on a Wednesday afternoon and was eating dates from my order by noon on Friday, less than 2 days later.
